The Slant Fin Kicker is available in two models the TK-70 and the TK-90 with SMK surface mount kit and RMK recess mount kits as options. The TK-70 when installed in the kick-space configuration flows 60-cfm of air with heating capacities from 3267 to 7558 Btuh depending on the volume of water flow from 1 to 3-gpm and the temperature of the water from 140 to 220-degrees F supplied to the unit. In the surface or, recess mount configurations, The Kicker model TK-70 supplies 72-cfm air flow with heating capacities of 3658 to 8979 Btuh depending on the volume of water flow and the temperature of the water supplied to the unit. The larger TK-90 Kicker in the kick-space configuration will supply an airflow of 68-cfm and heating capacities from 3584 to 10218 Btuh depending on the volume of water flow from 1 to 3-gpm and the temperature of the water from 140 to 220-degrees F supplied to the unit. In the surface or, recess mount configurations, The Kicker model TK-70 supplies 81-cfm air flow with heating capacities of 4005 to 12216 Btuh depending on the volume of water flow and the temperature of the water supplied to the unit. The Kicker has a 120-volt fan triggered by an aquastat with a switch on the front panel where the user may select off, low, and high fan settings and can be mounted in series with other baseboard and Kicker units on a zone or, on a zone of its own for maximum comfort control. The Kicker utilizes a manifold type heat exchanger with very low-pressure drop allowing it to be installed in the system without diverter tees. The Kicker TK-70 and TK-90 while having different capacities are the same physical size in the kick-space configuration of 3 3/8”H X 14 1/9”W X 17”D with a front black matte grill measuring 22”W X 3 7/8”H. In the Recessed configuration with the RMK kit they share dimensions of 15 3/8”W X 24 ¼”H fitting into the stud bay with air inlets and outlets at the bottom and top of the front panel respectively. In the surface mount configuration the unit is boxed in measuring 25 15/16”H X 17 1/16W X 4”D with air inlets and outlets at the bottom and top of the front panel respectively. The unit is relatively maintenance free with The Kicker only requiring periodic dust removal from the unit.
