The Peerless EC & ECT Oil Fired Water and Steam Boilers feature cast iron boiler sections that are joined with push nipples and wrapped in an insulated painted steel jacket. The EC & ECT’s have a full plate swing out door allowing easy access for cleaning with access to the flueways from the left side and top and can be fired with a Beckett, Carlin, or, Riello oil burner. The Peerless EC & ECT Oil Fired Water and Steam Boilers are designed are designed for natural draft venting through a chimney and are available as a full package or knocked down. The boiler has a wet base and a large water content making it a good choice for steam applications. The Peerless EC & ECT Oil Fired Water and Steam Boilers have as standard equipment Honeywell controls, a barometric damper, a drain valve, on steam boilers a skim tapping is provided, and on packaged boilers a service switch is provided, along with a Taco 007 circulator pump on water boilers and a float type low water cut off on steam boilers. A tankless coil can be used for domestic hot water on the hot water boilers and is optional equipment along with a Grundfos circulator pump, and a probe type low water cut off is an option on steam boilers. The Peerless EC & ECT Water boilers have a 1-Year Parts Warranty on the entire boiler followed by a Lifetime Warranty on the cast iron boiler sections, while the Peerless EC & ECT steam boilers have a 1-Year Parts Warranty on the entire boiler followed by a 10-Year Warranty on the cast iron boiler sections. Optional 5 and 10-year extended warranties are available on the entire boiler covering parts and labor.
