Both water heaters have a 1st hour delivery of 180 gallons with a 100-degree F rise. The burner is mounted on the top of the unit and the incoming fuel and air is mixed in the blower before going to the burner, where it is burned and the heat is pushed through 3 passes of the heat exchanger before being exhausted at the bottom of the unit.
